By accessing or using any website, application, or service operated by Hunt Base LLC ("Hunt Base," "we," "us," or "our"), including but not limited to PalettePoint and any other products under the Hunt Base umbrella, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

Hunt Base LLC operates a portfolio of software-as-a-service (SaaS) products designed for developers, designers, and businesses. Our products may be offered as premium (paid), freemium (free with paid features), or entirely free. Specific terms for individual products may supplement these general Terms.

3. User Accounts

Some of our services may require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
